It you are a fan of military fiction, you will enjoy this novel very much. Joseph Perry Grassi does a great job in sharing what brought Corrado to the defining moment of his life and how that affected him. Chuck rated it: Five Stars – I don’t usually read war stories but there was something in past reviews for this book that made me want to read it and I’m glad I followed that up. The story shows many points of view of life in the military from the various characters. The main character of Corey/Corrado was particularly well drawn and the stand out and stand-up character for me. I note that the author is a war veteran and I wonder just how close to real life this book actually is. In any case this is a powerful story and I highly recommend it.  May 25, 2021
